THE MATERIAL OF EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE BOARD FOAM SHEET:

The Expanded Polystyrene Board Foam Sheet is composed of polystyrene, blowing agents, fire-resistant substance, color powder, stabilizers, etc. They are all strictly formulated, and a single-screw tandem extrusion line is used to produce foam board.

- It can melt if the PS board stays in high temperature too long. 75oC should be considered the highest continuous operation temperature.
- It can be corroded of the blister board comes into direct contact with volatile materials.
- The construction of the cell will be ruined if exposed to sunlight for long periods of time. In addition, the surface will turn yellow. If it is necessary to place the board in sunlight for several days, it should be covered with white polystyrene film or any light-colored thin material. Any yellowing on the surface should be removed before gluing.
- Expanded polystyrene board foam sheet contains a fire-resistant substance, and will not catch fire from exposure to open flame. However, the materials are combustible. No matter where the foam sheet is used, it should not be exposed to fire.

PLY BOARD
- It is obvious that there is an increase in the use of Expanded polystyrene board foam sheet class IB Heat Insulation Board as the middle layer for plywood in recent years. Because of the low heat conductivity, it provides excellent insulation. The same effect is reaches even if thinner boards are used. On the other hand, the cell construction is closed enough to defend against moisture, and will not lose its function.
- The material is hard enough so that it does not lose coherency when struck. Because of its high density, the board glues to other surfaces firmly. Make sure to use the correct glue.
- When the board is twisted, the surface of the other layer will not move. This is due to the high strength of the board. In addition, the fastening parts will decrease when it is installed.
- It is suitable for door boards and other decoration boards. When compared with average plastic steel boards, the material strong points are as follows:
